Television networks are going to have a problem this fall when they run out of content to air as shows are not able to go back into production right now… so they’re acquiring previously aired shows to run in the fall!
The CW has acquired four shows to air on the network, including the previously announced Tell Me A Story, which ran on CBS All Access for two seasons before being canceled.
The network has also acquired the DC Universe series Swamp Thing, which was canceled by the streaming service after just one season.
The CW has also picked up two seasons of the Canadian series Coroner, starring Serinda Swan, and one season of the U.K. series Dead Pixels. Those two series will be making their U.S. debuts on the network, according to Variety.
Fox has also announced that the network will air a previously aired series in the fall.
