Prince Harry is set to introduce a very special Thomas & Friends episode for the 75th Anniversary on Netflix.
The 35-year-old Duke of Sussex recorded a special message for the animated children’s program.
The special episode, called “Thomas & Friends: The Royal Engine,” features animations of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles as a child.
“Thomas the Tank Engine has been a comforting, familiar face to so many families over the last 75 years – entertaining, educating and inspiring children on important issues through exciting stories and characters,” Harry shared in a statement. “I certainly have fond memories of growing up with Thomas & Friends and being transported to new places through his adventures. I am very proud to have been asked to take part in this special episode. I wish Thomas & Friends a very happy anniversary.”
The special episode, which includes a character voiced by Rosamund Pike, is set to air on Netflix on Friday, May 1.
