Prince Harry has launched his very first initiative since his royal exit on March 31.
The new initiative is called HeadFIT, and is meant to help servicemen and women have access to mental healthcare 24/7.
“Mental fitness is all about the good management of good mental health. HeadFIT for Life helps defense people stay mentally fit and on top of their game…At work and at home,” HeadFIT’s site says.
“HeadFIT has been almost three years in the making, and I am extremely grateful for everyone who has been on this journey with us,” Prince Harry said in a statement. “Everyone who has worked on it, to create what we have today, should be incredibly proud and excited for the impact it will have.”
If you don’t know, Prince Harry served in the military for 10 years and even served in Afghanistan.
“This is about optimisation of self. This is about being the best you can be. This is about gaining an advantage, whether facing an opponent or overcoming a challenging situation. This is about building resilience that will match that of most world class athletes and prepare you for everyday stress. To be HeadFIT, is to be at your peak performance,” he said.
