Today is the first Monday in May and the 2020 Met Gala should’ve been happening, but sadly it has been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. So, we’re taking a look back at last year’s event.
Lots of couples took over the red carpet at the 2019 Met Gala and here’s a recap of all the big moments from the carpet.
The event marked the first time that longtime private couple Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx posed for photos together at a major event… and now they’re no longer together.
We also had the first red carpet appearance for Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner as a newly married couple. Newly confirmed couple at the time, Elle Fanning and her Teen Spirit director Max Minghella, were also among the many stars in attendance.
There were over 30 celeb couples on the carpet this year.
