Buffy The Vampire Slayer was one of the most popular television series during the 2000s and fans are finding out now that singer Dolly Parton was a secret producer on the series.
At the end of every episode of the iconic series which starred Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan, Sandollar Entertainment is credited.
Turns out that the company was created by Dolly and her friend, Sandy Gallin, in 1986.
The company also produced the film of the same name as well as the spinoff, Angel.
“ACA-SCUSEME????” one fan shared on Twitter once they found out.
Another added, “I am literally losing my mind at this WHAAAAAAT.”

Here’s another reason I love @DollyParton. She help give us the greatest show about female empowerment since the dawn of television. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a revolutionary program that should be studied. Dolly, I love you. I also love Sarah Michelle Gellar. pic.twitter.com/7VZ9pynqpw

Dolly Parton (a queen) was an uncredited producer for Buffy the Vampire Slayer (I’m not over Angel, tbh) and just…we don’t deserve her. None of us have done enough to be worthy of all this good emanating from one person. https://t.co/wMlqyr5BIA
