The Dixie Chicks are having a good sense of humor about bearing bad news to their fans.
The “Gaslighter” group revealed that their forthcoming record, which was due out this year, will be pushed back indefinitely amid the global health crisis.

“I just found out that the Dixie Chicks, your favorite band, their new album, they’re not releasing it,” a woman says at the start of the clip, which turns into a hilarious series of memes.
“We’re sorry, stay tuned, big surprises coming soon..May 1, 2020,” the video reads at the end, suggesting that new music is still on the way.
Many artists have been forced to postpone or cancel amid the pandemic.
