Joe Burrow has been drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals as the top pick of the 2020 NFL Draft!
The 23-year-old football player was the quarterback for the LSU Tigers and he won the Heisman Trophy in 2019. He had a great season last year, throwing 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns.
Joe grew up in Athens, Ohio, which is just hours away from Cincinnati, so the team has gained a hometown player as its new star quarterback.
Football has always been in Joe‘s blood as his father Jim Burrow is a former player who played for the University of Nebraska, as well as in the NFL and CFL. He also had a 40-year coaching career.

Before the draft, Joe told fans to ignore his haircut as he hasn’t been able to go to a barbershop.
